Subject: ridiculous quality
This file is one of the worst scanned books I've seen in a long time. The problem is in the chosen format, DJVU, which is not suited to type specimen books. Besides, there are other minuses as well :

- color discarded, all is black & white
- low contrast details (like the backgrounds with fleurons) are missing
- some pages are very low resolution, with unreal jagged edges, due to DJVU compression
- pages are not aligned, there are a lot of pages rotated 20-30 degrees from horizontal

As a "bonus", in Windows XP such a big DJVU file will block your computer with disk swapping, not only when viewing, but when opening the containing folder (why ?!). In fact I could only see it in Linux, and delete it as well only in Linux (who wants a "swapping bomb" on their disk ?). Probably I would need a few gigabytes of RAM to avoid swapping.

If JPEG was chosen instead of DJVU, all these problems would be avoided. A 1.5 megapixel color page in jpeg would need 300-400 KB, and the archive would be smaller than the dreadful DJVU...
